We were introduced to Bottom Line through our Risk Management team, who we have worked with for many years. Bottom Line was able to introduce us to many different refund opportunities, in which our organization was entitled to refunds going back as far as 15 years ago. When we received our first distribution, we were pleasantly surprised to see how large the refund actually was. We have subsequently signed up for five additional projects. Bottom Line handled all of the heavy lifting, and the process was fairly simple from our end. We look forward to a long term professional relationship with them.
